김추자가 있는 풍경
일요일 오후 함께 공연한 낮잠을 잤던 터라
일요일 늦은 밤시간인 지금, 남편과 나, 둘 다 다 맑은 정신으로 깨어 있고
좁은 앉은뱅이 책상의 이쪽 저쪽에 마주 앉아 있는 우리 사이에는
등을 지고 있는 두 대의 노트북이 함께 깨어 있다.
남들이 보기에는 매우 삭막한 풍경일 수 있겠지만
가장 편안한 환경에서 쫓기지 않는 시간을 통해 함께, 또한 각자
자신의 일에 몰두할 수 있다는 점만으로도 우리 부부에게 있어서는
상당히 만족스런 시간 중의 하나이다.
남편은 남편대로, 나는 나대로 각자의 일을 하고 있는 거지만
같은 음악을 들으며 감성의 공감대를 형성하기도 하고
간간이 각자의 모니터를 보여주며 서로의 의견을 묻기도 하는
우리 부부만의 여유를 즐기는 시간이라고도 할 수 있다.
한 개의 랜선을 이쪽 컴퓨터에 꽂았다,저쪽 컴퓨터에 꽂았다 하며
사이좋게 서로 양보하며 인터넷을 사용하는 모습에 있어서는 특히나,
어느 금슬좋은 부부 못지 않은 화기애애한 분위기를 자부할 수 있다.
ㅎㅎㅎ...
익숙한 풍경이긴 하지만 내가 생각해도 진풍경은 참 진풍경이다.
전에는 종종 나 혼자만의 풍경이 이러하여 남편의 눈총을 사곤 했었는데
이젠 남편까지 합세한 아무 갈등 없는 우리부부만의 진풍경이 되었다.
이런저런 음악 중에 엊그제 구입한 김추자의 추억의 앨범을 듣노라니
우리는 긴 설명 없이도 서로 쉽게 공감할 수 있는 시절로 돌아간다. 따로, 또 같이.
서로 만난 적이 없는 코흘리개 시절의 기억으로 돌아가 떠올리는 김추자의 노래는
그때 그 나이에 큰 소리로 따라 부르기에는 좀 불경할만큼 생경했던 매력이 있었다.
둘이 뜨겁게 둘이 뜨겁게 싸랑하다가
혼자 그렇게 혼자 그렇게 가씨겠다니...
날 두고 정말 그럴 쑤가 있나요오~
그리고, 같은 코흘리개 중에는 그런 노래를 불경한 뉘앙스로 멋지게 부르던
아이들이 꼭 있기 마련이었다. 물론 그 당시의 남편이나 나는 그런 아이들 중에
끼지 못하였으므로 은근히 그 아이들을 부러워하면서도 그 아이들을 손가락질하는
쪽에 끼어 있었을 것이다. 그런 노래를 애들이 따라 하다니... 하는 표정을 지으며.
어른이 되어 다시 듣는 김추자의 노래는 큰 소리로 따라 불러도 멋지다.
어른이 되어도 도저히 흉내내지 못할 매력이 그에게는 있는 것이다.
문득, 한밤중 우리 부부만의 진풍경 속에 김추자를 끼워 놓고 싶어진다.
새로 결정된 저작권법에 저촉되는 줄 알고 있지만 블로그에 그의 노래를
올리기로 결정한다. 그리고, 언젠가 이 일이 실제로 법에 의해 지적을 당하게
된다면 김추자의 노래를 처음 듣는 이들에게 내가 얼마나 유익한 기회를
제공해 주었는지에 대해서도 잊지말고 설명해주리라 마음먹는다...
